My Story
In 2014, after more than a decade of establishing, developing, and managing international programs, I began to see an increasing pattern amongst the executives and leaders with whom I was working – they wanted more.
On the surface, these were men and women who were successful, respected leaders in their respective industries. Yet, when I sat down to work with them, they admitted that they felt something was missing. During the discovery process of working with them and their teams, it became clear to me that what was missing was not due to inadequacies in their work, but rather a disconnect between their personal leadership style and the culture, situation, or team with whom they were working.
It was from these interactions that I embarked on a mission to help global executives self-reflect on their own intrinsic motivations and their capacity for change. I combined my multicultural upbringing with my years of international program development and executive training to bring a unique perspective on leadership competencies, team interaction, and self-awareness.
The Enneagram has been at the core of these curated and personalized programs. This approach allows me to go beyond the worn-out and limited ideas about what leadership "should look like,” and instead introduces leaders to a more all-encompassing approach to personal and professional growth.
I personally discovered this incredible tool during my Graduate fellowship program. I watched as I, and my cohort of 20 different nationalities, reached deeper self-understanding and understanding of the interactions with one another beyond just the cultural differences that we had been taught. The Enneagram worked at a deeper level informing the “Why” behind our habitual patterns, bridging our communication gaps, and moving us forward as a team.
Since that time, I have used the Enneagram in every aspect of my own growth - both personally and professionally. And now, almost a decade later, I have worked with business leaders and teams from around the globe within a wide range of industries.
I am dedicated to helping my clients find true breakthroughs and develop world-class teams as they learn how to connect back to themselves thus changing the way they connect to the world around them. I believe that inside of every great leader is an individual who has focused in on their inner transformation.
